amelia jane sinclaire, socialite .
KISS & TELL: thanks so much for agreeing to talk to us today! it's a real honor, let me tell you. so first. let's start with the basics. tell us a little about yourself.
YOU: my full name is amelia sinclaire but it's such a moutful that people generally call me lia. i'm twenty one, and i was born in new hampshire.
K&T: excellent! now that we know some of the key things about you, fill us in on what exactly you do.
YOU: if i'm brutally honest, i didn't really do anything to become famous. i just got propelled into the spot light by my mother, audrey sinclaire. she's a famous model, actress, charity event hoster and public speaker. my father works in washington along side the president. the things i do to stay famous - get outrageously drunk, make sex tapes and kiss girls! yayyy
K&T: I see. and just how did you get started in this business?
YOU: i was born into it, babes. my mother decided she wanted a famous baby, and she got one. whatever she wants, she gets! i started earning money as soon as i was born - OK! paid a million dollars for my baby photos.
K&T: okay, okay. enough of the boring stuff. give us the juicy details on your love life!
YOU: i'm permanently single, at least i feel like i will be! every time i get into a relationship, and the media frenzy settles down after a week or so, i crave it again. so i go out and do something outlandish, which generally leads to the end of said relationship. it's a lot easier to just shove feelings aside at all times. i don't really have a sexual preferance, i just go with the flow.
K&T: what is your favorite part of the business?
YOU: having people know my name, sleeping with some really hot, famous guys - sordid details of which i cannot disclose, sorry! - and the money of course.
K&T: what is your favorite thing to do on a day off?
YOU: relax at the spa, chill out with my girls, read gossip magazines, get drunk, etcc. every day is a day off!
K&T: are there any projects you just wrapped up or are currently working on?
YOU: i just wrapped a l'oreal campaign for their new television adverts, and i did a cover shoot for french vogue.
K&T: tell us about your family.
YOU: my mom and i are extremely close. when it all goes that little bit too far, if there's a particularly nasty rumour in the press or someone sells me out, she usually keeps me grounded and level headed, and stops me from doing anything brash. she's always by my side, whether she approves of my actions or not. i have her to thank for being famous, of course. as soon as i was born she had me out there, for the whole world to see, and since then the attention hasn't stopped. she's a great person, my mom. i wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her. gosh, this sounds like a cheesy acceptance speech!! my father is a different kind of dad. he's not really hands on, he wasn't involved with my childhood much and he's always away with work. but when i do see him, it's nice. he's good at listening and giving advice, so i normally go to him for that. i know he's played away a few times so my respect for him isn't all that great, but i know that deep down he loves my mom loads and that's all that matters. and then, the final member of my family, my baby sister casey. she's ten years younger than me, and the product of one of my fathers rare weekends at home. she's adorable, totally adorable, and my favourite family member. i don't like to talk about much because i want to respect her privacy - my mom offered her the chance to be famous, but she turned it down. so i don't really mention her. but i love her, a lot. she's darling!
K&T: what's something we don't know about you? any juicy secrets?
YOU: oh please. i'm an open book babes! it's the whole point of being a socialite.
K&T: speaking of juicy, what's a rumor you've heard about yourself lately?
YOU: the most recent one was about rehab, againn. the paps are so unoriginal, i've never touched drugs or a rehab clinic. they need to be moree inventive.
K&T: thanks so much for chatting! I know you're busy, so we'll be letting you go now. but before you do, care to leave our readers with any words of wisdom?
YOU: "Fame or infamy, either one is preferable to being forgotten."
